The Strategic Reflection on Accelerating the Harmonious Development of the Capital under the New Normal
摘要
Abstract
The development o f Beijing has been confronted with serious urban problems such as excessive population growth, heavy traffic congestion, environmental pollution, sources restriction and pressure on urban governance. These are severe challenges for Beijing to pursue the harmonious and sustainable development of population, resources and environment. Beijing should imple-ment some practical and effective multiple measures to control the population's excessive growth and solve urban problems, in-cluding improving economic efficiency, optimizing the urban structure, planning and constructing more urban rail lines, strength-ening ecological environment protection and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.关键词
