不同方法提取栝楼籽油成分分析及其油质评价
Composition Analysis and Quality Evaluation of Seed oil Extracted from Trichosanthes Kirilowii by Different Methods
摘要
Abstract
The extraction rate,composition and quality of Trichosanthes kirilowii see d oil extracted by Soxhlet extraction method,ultrasound-assisted extraction method,pressing method and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction method were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that the extraction rates by ul-trasound-assisted extraction and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction were higher.The quality of Trichosan-thes kirilowii seed oil was retained preferably by ultrasound-assisted extraction,pressing method and CO 2 supercritical fluid extraction.Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil has great potential as functional food and medicine.关键词
