摘要

Abstract

The effects of Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract on tumor inhibition action and immune organs in H22 bearing mice were investigated.To establish the H22cell tumor model,the H22cells were in-oculated subcutaneously in Kunming mice which were randomly divided into normal group,model group, cyclophosphamide group,Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract high dosage group,medium dosage group and low dosage group.From tumor volume,tumor mass,tumor inhibition rate,organ index and tumor tissue HE stain,the effects of Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract on tumor and immune organs were observed.The results showed that in Periplanetafuliginosa aqueous extract low dose group,medi-um dose group and high dose group,the tumor inhibition rates were 20.72%,29.24%,43.16% respec-tively.The high dose group had significant difference compared with model group(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the spleen index of each dose group increased,and the high and middle dose group had significant difference (P<0.05).The thymus index of each dose group decreased,but there was no significant difference compared with model group (P>0.05).HE staining showed that in the high,medi-um and low dose group of Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract,tumor tissue had different degrees of necrosis compared with model group.It is concluded that Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract shows inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor in H22 bearing mice without obvious damaging effect on immune organ.
