风电场接入系统的无功优化规划设计OACSTPCD

Planning and Design of Reactive Power Optimization for Access System of Wind Power Plant

风电场运行时有两个显著特点:有功出力具有随机性和需要吸收大量无功功率。大规模风电并网运行会对电力系统产生不利影响,需要对风电场接入系统进行无功优化规划。针对风电场有功出力随机性的特点,利用基于概率的场景方法研究风电场接入系统的无功优化问题,采用遗传算法求取最优解。利用风电场接入IEEE14节点系统进行仿真计算,得到的结果显示上述模型的正确性和有效性。
