摘要

Abstract

ln order to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools, the CNC system interpolated data based geometric er-ror compensation method is proposed on the basis of systematic analysis of the commonly used CNC machine tool geometric error compensation method. The error compensation function is integrated into the domestic CNC system to improve its overal perform-ance. Experiments and simulation show that the CNC system interpolated data based geometric error compensation scheme can im-prove the machining precision.
