The Management And Operation Of The Reservoirs Along Grand Canal Of Shandong In Ming And Qing Dynasties
摘要
Abstract
The Grand Canal of Shandong is an important section of the Grand Canal. However, the shortage of water supply is a big problem due to the limitation of natural condition. It needs to take series of measures in order to guarantee the water level of the canal ensuring the navigation of the boats transporting the rice. Setting reservoir is a very important measure. This article discusses the reason of setting, the management agency, the management staffing and the operation of reservoirs.关键词
