摘要

Abstract

To solve problems in managing mass weight data in cross-regional and cross-enterprise aircraft manufactur-ing,the paper puts forward a digital weighing management system in the remote collaborative environment. The pa-per introduces the construction idea of the Internet and information,in order to develop a new integrated management mode of design and production. Through research in real-time monitoring of weight and center of gravity in the pro-duction process,automatic screening of weight difference,data validation and weighing progress monitoring,among many other aspects,the system realizes a seamless flow of weighing inspection in design and production,which greatly shortens the weighing cycle and also has important significance for the establishment of intelligent factory.
