Abstract
Independent innovation and intellectual property protection is the only way for Chinese enterprises to base on both in the domestic and the international market. This paper gives several opinions for independent innovation of Chinese enterprises by standing in the perspective of intellectual property. The opinions for independent innovation include early patent analysis in order to collect and aggregate resources, legitimate using of other's technology, and ways and means of independent innovation and so on. This paper will be beneficial to the development of Chinese en-terprises.关键词
