摘要

Abstract

There are nine hotel listed tourism companies in China. The paper analyses the current condition of salary for the top managers in these companies,including the total amount,the average amount,the average amount of top three managers,the average amount of top three directors and zero salary of top managers. The research finds that the average amount of total salary of these top managers grows slowly,the growth of average amount per top manager is somewhat low,and the growth of average amount for top three managers is somewhat high. There are significant changes of annual growth rate of average amount for top three directors,and the phenomenon of holding zero salary is common.
