摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of eco-tourism, environmental problems have become more and more severe. The current Chinese legal system, although having some progress in environmental protection, still lacks in eco-tourism, making it unable to provide an adequate protection of the ecotourism environment. By analyzing problems in the laws and regulations concerning eco-tourism, this paper proposes to establish an environmental protection laws system concerning the eco-tourism, in order to resolve eco-tourism environmental problems, and ameliorate the current situation of the lack of legal management and reform.关键词
