IgG 亚型与泪腺良性淋巴上皮病变发病关系的研究

Abstract
Objective To measure the content of IgG subtypes in peripheral venous blood of patients with lacrimal gland benign lymphoepithelial lesion ( LGBLEL ) and discussed its relationship with the disease .Methods From August 2010 to December 2015 ,Authors enrolled 58 patients with LGBLEL as experimental group and 26 cases of orbital cavernous hemangioma patients as control group ,whose diagnoses were pathologically confirmed in our hospital after operation .The clinical data and peripheral venous blood specimens were collected to analysis of IgG subtypes using enzyme -linked immu-nosorbent assay method .Results The results showed that the differences between experimental group and control group in the peripheral blood IgG subtype were concentrated in the total IgG 1, IgG2,IgG4and IgG ( P <0.05),especialy IgG4 and IgG.Conclusion IgG4and IgG may play as a more valuable role in diagnosing LGBLEL as reference indexes .关键词
