Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of cyclosporin A on aqueous fluid inflammatory cytokines in high -risk corneal transplantation patients and to provide a reference for treatment and prognosis .Methods Fifty-two patients with penetrating corneal transplantation treated in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were enrolled in this research . Treatment in the control group was dexamethasone .In observation group patients were given cyclosporin A in addition to dexamethasone .Changes in inflammatory cytokines and VEGF level were compared .Results after treatment , aqueous TNF-α(t =2.885, P =0.006), IL-2 ( t =2.386, P =0.021), IL-6 ( t =2.961, P =0.005) were significantly low-er in patients treated with cyclosporin A ( P <0.05).Total effective rate (χ2=5.223, P =0.022) was higher in obser-vation group too.In contrast, incidence of adverse reactions (χ2 =6.504, P =0.011) and VEGF (t =7.370, P <0.001) were both higher in control group ( P <0.05).Using Log-rank test, we found that immune rejection rate was sig-nificantly lower in patients received cyclosporin A (Log-rank χ2 =4.593, P =0.032).Conclusions Cyclosporin A in-hibits the release of inflammatory and prevents the formation of new blood vessels .It can further improve the therapeutic effect of penetrating keratoplasty and reduce rejection reaction .It is also a safe treatment with less complications .关键词
