增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者房水中 VEGF与IL-6、IL-18相关性研究
Relationships between aqueous humor VEGF, IL-6, IL-18 levels and proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Abstract
Objective To study aqueous humor levels of VEGF , IL-6, and IL-18 in patients with proliferative dia-betic retinopathy ( PDR) and to discuss the correlation of these cytokines to the disease .Methods Authors analyzed clini-cal data of totally 75 patients who received phacoemulsification in our hospital between January 2013 and June 2014 .There were 39 patients diagnosed with proliferative diabetic retinopathy , and other 36 patients were analyzed as control group .Re-sults There was no significant difference in serum TC , TG, HDL-c, LDL-c levels between the two groups .HbA1c was significantly higher in PDR patients ( t =2.449, P <0.05).Aqueous humor levels of IL-6 ( t =16.14, P <0.001), IL-18 ( t =16.08, P <0.001) and VEGF ( t =5.361, P <0.001) were also significantly higher in PDR patients . VEGF level was correlated to IL-6 ( r =0.815, P <0.001), IL-18 ( r =0.869, P <0.001), and HbA1c ( r =0.694, P <0.001).Conclusions VEGF, IL-6, IL-18 and HbA1c play important roles in the mechanism of PDR .They can be used as a clinical indicators of presence and progress of PDR .关键词
