两种不同手术方式治疗先天性睑内翻的疗效观察
The effects of two different surgical methods in the treatment for lower lid congenital entropion

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two different surgical methods in the treatment for lower lid congenital entropion .Methods Twenty-six children aged between 4~9 ( n =50 eyes, including 6 eyes of recurred en-tropion), were enrolled.Most children received surgery under local anesthesia .Eight eyes were corrected by suturing method and other 42 eyes with skin and lower orbicularis muscle resection .Results After surgery, corneal epithelium was usually healed within 24~72 hours with administration of topical drugs .Follow up was 6~12 months.Entropion improved in 4 eyes and recurred in the other 4 eyes in patients treated with suturing method .While in patients treated with skin and lower orbicularis resection , 38 eyes cured and 4 eyes improved and no recurrence occurred .Conclusions Authors should choose different operation mode according to the condition of lower lid entropion and trichiasis .Suturing method can be used for patients with mild trichiasis .Lower lid skin and orbicularis muscle resection should be used for the vast majority of entropion patients .关键词
