Abstract
Effective corneal preservation ensures successful corneal transplantation .There has been a continual im-provement in corneal preservation techniques recently .Many factors affect the corneal quality during preservation , such as cell activity, immunogenicity of cornea , and so on.This article reviewed the factors that are important to the quality of pre-served corneas .关键词
