摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of rivaroxaban for the elderly patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Methods 46 elderly patients with non valvular atrial fibrillationwererandomized were di-vided into control group (23 cases)and observation group (23 cases),The patients in the observation group were trea-ted with oral rivaroxaban (10mg/d)was on the basic of routine treatment,and in the control group the patients was trea-ted with oral warfarin,which the International standardization ratio were adjusted in the range between 1.8 and 2.5.The follow-up periodwas 6 months.The incidence of adverse events in the two groups of hemorrhage were compared.Results The incidence of stroke was 5.0% and 3.8% in the control group and the observation group,respectively,the differ-ence was not statistically significant (P >0.05);There were no serious and moderate bleeding in the two groups,The incidence of mild bleeding was 7.6% and 5.0% in the observation group and the control group,respectively,the differ-ence was not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusions The low-dose rivaroxaban treatment for the elderly pa-tients with non valvular atrial fibrillation is more effective and safety,and the effect of rivaroxaban and warfar for anti-coagulant is similar,which could significantly reduce the embolic events.关键词
