摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To detect the levels of multiple serum adipokines in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and healthy controls by multiplex analysis technology.[Methods] A total of 28 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and 22 cases of healthy controls were recruited in this study.Levels of serum multiple adipokines including adiponectin,resistin,adipsin,lipocalin-2,and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) were detected by the Magpix liquid chip instrument.The difference of the levels between the two groups was analyzed.[Results] Only serum PAI-1 level of the T2DM group was 1.29times that of the control group (P<0.05),whereas other four adipokines had no differences (P>0.05).[Conclusion] PAI-1 level is closely associated with glycometabolism.Multiplex analysis technology facilitates chronic disease biomonitoring and control.
