双氢睾酮对人毛囊生长影响的初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Effect of Androgen on Human Follicle Organ Culture in vitro

Abstract
Objective:To examine the effect of different concentrations of androgen ( di-hydrotestosterone;DHT) on human follicle in vitro .Methods:Follicles were isolated and cultured with DHT of different concentrations from 10 -5 mol/L to 10 -9 mol/L.Then the growth rate of the follicles with or without DHT was observed , ki67 was used to assess the proliferation activity of hair matrix cells from each cultured hair follicle .Results:DHT at concentrations of 10 -5 mol/L and 10 -6 mol/L inhibited the growth of hair follicles compared with the control group ( P<0.05) , the hair matrix cell proliferation activity was weakened , and follicle entry into catagen phase was earlier than that of the control group .However, DHT at a concentration of 10 -7 mol/L promoted the growth of hair follicles compared to the control group ( P<0.05 ) ,the hair matrix cell prolifera-tion activity was strengthened , and follicle entry into catagen phase was later than that of the con-trol group.The effect of DHT on hair follicles at concentrations of 10 -8 mol/L and 10 -9 mol/L showed no significant difference compared to the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Different concentrations of DHT had different effects on in vitro hair follicles .关键词
