尿道中段悬吊术联合盆底仿生物电治疗压力性尿失禁的近期疗效
Therapeutic effect of tension-free obturator tape combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles on stress urinary incontinence

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of tension-free obturator tape combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles on stress urinary incontinence. Methods: A total of 84 patients with SUI were divided into the operational group(n=40)and the combined treatment group (n=54). The operational group was treated with TVT-O and the combined treatment group was treated, in addition to TVT-O, with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles. The treatment effective rate, urodynamic evaluation indexes and I-QOL scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment effective rate of the combined treatment group (94.4%) was significant higher than those of the operational group (85.0%, P < 0.05). The urodynamic evaluation indexes of the combined treatment group were much better than those of the operational group, such as VLPP (94.2 ± 12.7) cmH2O vs (90.5 ± 13.8) cmH2O, MCP (59.4 ± 11.6) cmH2O vs (55.5 ± 12.4) cmH2O, SFL (22.1 ± 5.1) mm vs (24.7 ± 4.4) mm, and MFR (19.7 ± 1.4) m/s vs (17.7 ± 1.2) ml/s respectively (P < 0.05). I-QOL scores in the combined treatment group(77.2 ± 9.2) were also much better than those in the operational group (82.2 ± 12.4, P < 0.01). Conclusions: The TVT-O combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles is effective in patients with SUI,which can improve the short-term quality of life.关键词
