新活素治疗慢性难治性心力衰竭的自身对照观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions of natriuretic peptide in patients with intractable heart failure. Methods: 49 patients hospitalized because of intractable heart failure between September 2013 and December 2014 were given natriuretic peptide after the failure of conventional therapy, and their clinical symptoms、clinical signs and cardiac function were evaluated before and after the rhBNP. Results:After administration of natriuretic peptide,the symptoms like dyspnea、fatigue、polypnea and edma were relieved, urine output was increased,rales in lung and heart rate were reduced, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)、stroke volume (SV)、cardial minute ouput were significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The natriuretic peptide is useful for intractable heart failure, which causes few adverse reactions.关键词
