摘要

Abstract

It came out intermittent large vibration fault during a 330 MW unit operating in Dalate Power Plant. According to parameters such as wave interval, amplitude, main frequency of vibration, the reason was diagnosed as friction vibration. Oil block or shaft seal was considered to be the rubbing part. After opening the bearing shell, serious oil dirties appeared on the oil block. The rubbing of oil block was confirmed. The oil fouling was cleaned up, then the intermittent vibration phenomenon disappeared when the 330 MW unit starting again.
