Abstract
Y.R. Wanjiazhai Water Multi-Purpose Dam Project Co., Ltd. Longkou Hydropower Station turbine governor system frequently occurded abnormal phenomena of dual channel automatically switch control from March to May 2015, according to the governor of dual computer switching logic programs, troubleshoot the cause of the malfunction, through control channel element feedback signal waveforms analysis, determined the failure cause of the driving plate adjusting zero amplitude modulation part operational amplifier chip performance degradation caused by the governor of double frequent automatic switching. To solve the phenomenon of dual machine fault switching, the governor was adopted to modify the program, add filter function, replace the driver board chips, reduce the interference level of the feedback signals, solved the fault completely.关键词
