摘要

Abstract

The paper introduces the torque converter of hydraulic internal combustion counterbalance forklift truck and its cooling system , analyzes the important role of torque converter cooling system on ensuring forklift reliability and safe -ty.In view of the explosion of the cooling tube of torque converter that occurs in forklift inspection process , authors have done sufficient investigation and study and gathered original data related to fault .By combining calculation and test , the pa-per compares and verifies the model selection of the filter and oil cooler of the cooling system to find out the root reason for the failure.Based on the analysis and calculation , the paper improves the design of the torque converter cooling system and verifies the effects of the improvement .
