摘要

Abstract

To obtain the reliable data for crane kinetic analysis , the paper describes the system modeling and simula-ting analysis method that comprehensively considers the rigid-flexible electromechanical coupling based on virtual prototype model of mechanical system with rigid-flexible coupling.In view of the luffing system of the cantilever portal crane , ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink are used to develop the mechanical system model and mechanical & electrical transmission control system model respectively to stimulate the mechanical-electrical integration of the luffing condition .Thus data on the speed and stress analysis is obtained , and how dynamic characteristics are affected by related factors during the luffing process is figured out.The simulation result proves that it's feasible to get the load spectrum closer to actual running condition with the rigid-flexible electromechanical coupling virtual prototype technology , providing basis for better predicting the fatigue life.
