45t轻量化门式起重机的优化及局部屈曲研究
摘要
Abstract
To deal with the limitation of traditional calculation methods , the paper uses Ansys finite element software to perform static analysis on lightweight crane under different conditions to get the stress and deflection of the gantry crane to determine whether the gantry crane can meet the requirements on static strength and static rigidity .To reduce weight , the girder web and flange slab of the gantry crane are thinned ,possibly resulting in local instability of the girder .The finite ele-ment method is adopted for linear buckling and non-linear buckling analysis to get the load and stress that may cause local instability of the girder , which provides basis for determining whether the girder is stable and provides reference for calcu -lating the local stability.关键词
