625合金凝固偏析的理论分析
Theroetic Analysis on Solidification Segregation of Alloy 625
摘要
Abstract
The solidification behavior of alloy 625 was studied using the materials property simulation software package JMatPro 7 .0 and the corresponding Ni‐base superalloy database .The results indicate that there exists serious segregation of Cr ,Fe ,Mo and Nb ,among which ,the homogenization process is mostly affected by Nb ,and Mo takes second place .The segregation of Mo could be restrained by adding Ti and /or reducing Si ,while the segregation of Nb could be suppressed by adding C and /or reducing Fe ,Cr . High temperature such as 1 200 ℃ is required for an acceptable homogenization time .关键词
