摘要

Abstract

The failure of blow‐off actuator will make compressor produce strong surging and vibration , resulting in serious problems to unit safety .So gas turbine is required to have strict reliability and quick response on the blow‐off pneumatic control system .Accordingly ,the design reliability of existing system was calculated and optimized based on analysis on principle of blow‐off pneumatic control system module , afterwards ,the optimized design was tested and validated to provide a better effective ,reliable and safe blow‐off pneumatic control system to customers .
