舍曲林联合乌灵胶囊对抑郁症的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effects of sertraline combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of patients with depression. Methods Totally 130 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into the study group(n = 65,sertraline combined with Wuling capsule)and the control group(n = 65,sertraline alone)and treated for 6 weeks. The curative effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale - 17 item(HAMD - 17)and Hamilton Aaxiety Scale(HAMA),the adverse reactions were assessed with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)at the end of the 1st ,2nd ,4th and 6th after treatment. Results The effective rate of the study group was 92. 3% ,while the control group was 80. 0% . The effective rate of the study group was better than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). The scores of HAMD - 17 and HAMA of the both groups significantly decreased from the 1st weekend after treatment(P < 0. 01). But the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the same time (P < 0. 05). The study group was shorter than the control group at the time of taking estazolam(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effects of sertraline combined with Wuling capsule is better than sertraline alone for depression in this research. The incidence rate of insomnia and anxiety caused by drugs is lower in study group than the control group.关键词
