430例精神残疾评定情况分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the cause,grade,district and ethnic distribution of disability,and provide evidence for curing and aiding the cases with mental disability in Qinghai. Methods 430 cases form The Tired Peopleˊs Hospital of Qinghai meeting criteria for determination of mental disability in 2014 were included current study. The data(sex,age,education,etc. )of the cases were collected and analyzed with Excel. Results The highest rate of disability was schizophrenia(33. 5% );rate of disability of mood disorder,organic mental disorders,mental disorders caused by alcohol were respectively 21. 8% ,12. 7% ,11. 9% . The proportion of Han and Tibetan in total case was 57. 0% and 17. 7% . Secondary and third grade disability was the major type of disability in the Han,first and secondary grade disability was the major type of disability in the Tibetan. Secondary disability was most above 2 000 meters and fourth disability was most below 2 000 meters. Conclusion Schizophrenia is the main cause of disability. Han and Tibetan are the most of total number of mental disability,and the first and secondary grade disability are the most in Tibetan. The secondary grade disability is the most in the area above 2 000 meters.关键词
