摘要

Abstract

The resident standardization training aims to foster independent clinicians with solid clinical skills and rigorous clinical thinking. Mental symptoms are always complex and subjective,while the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness involves many factors including biology,psychology and sociology. These must give challenges to the doctorˊs knowledge breadth,depth and application ability. Case - based learning(CBL)refers to teaching methods which guide students make full use of various knowledge possession to analyze and assess,as well as make correct diagnosis and reasonable treatment. In addition,Problem - based learning(PBL)means to mobilize the initiative of learning,which encourages students to continue autonomous learning and further discuss unsolved problems. Combination of PBL and CBL could make students more understanding of disease,have the ability to handle complex clinical cases independently and become a qualified clinician consequently.
