款冬花的化学成分研究
Studies on chemical constituents of the flower buds of Tussilago farfara
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the flower buds of Tussilago farfara. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified through silica gel and HPLC chromatography. The structures were elucida-ted on the basis of spectroscopic methods. Results Five compounds were obtained and established as tussilagone(1),14 -acetoxy - 7β -(4 - methylsEnecioyloxyl)- 1α -(2' - methylbutyryloxy)- notonipetranone(2),6 - acetyl - 2,2 - dimeth-ylchroman - 4 - one(3),3,4 - epoxy - 1,8 - diangeloyloxybisabola - 7(14)- 10 - dien - 2 - one(4),and ligucyperonol (5). Conclusion Compounds 3 ~ 5 were isolated from the flower buds of Tussilago farfara for the first time.关键词
