Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneously determination of geniposide,hesperidin, honokiol,magnolol and tanshinone ⅡA in Ronggan Pills. Methods Geniposide,hesperidin,honokiol,magnolol and tanshi-none ⅡA were separated on Waters XTerra RP18(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)column,detected at 238 nm and 40 ℃ . The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0. 02% phosphate with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 . Results The linear ranges of geniposide,hesperidin,honokiol,magnolol and tanshinone ⅡA were 0. 027 4 ~ 0. 823 2,0. 055 9 ~ 1. 677 0, 0. 008 3 ~ 0. 249 0,0. 024 3 ~ 0. 730 2,0. 002 6 ~ 0. 079 5 μg and the average recovery were 99. 01%(1. 35% ),98. 95%(1. 54% ),98. 28%(1. 49% ),100. 93%(2. 08% ),98. 91%(1. 84% ),respectively. Conclusion The method was con-venient,quick,accurate and reproducible,it can be used for the quality control of Ronggan Pills.关键词
