Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 2 components in Fufang Danggui Injec-tion. Methods HPLC method was adopted. The Inertsil ODS - 3 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mo-bile phase of methanol - 0. 1% ammoniae aqua(35∶65,V/ V),and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 ,the detection wave-length was 403 nm(0 ~ 10 min,hydroxy safflower yellow A)and 321 nm(10 ~ 20 min,ferulic acid),the column tempera-ture was 35 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results There was a good linear relationship between the amount of hydroxy safflower yellow A and peak area in the range of 0. 042 6 ~ 1. 706 0 μg(r = 1. 000)and ferulic acid in the range of 0. 011 2 ~ 0. 448 0 μg(r = 1. 000). The RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests < 2. 0% . The average recoveries were 99. 76%(RSD = 1. 35% ,n = 9)and 100. 50%(RSD = 1. 19% ,n = 9),respectively. Conclusion The method was simple,reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Fufang Danggui Injection.关键词
