秦息痛片联合沙利度胺治疗难治性强直性脊柱炎临床观察
Clinical observation on the therapy of QinXiTong and thalidomide combination on refractory ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
ABSTRACT Objective :To observe and study the recent therapeutic effects of QinXiTong and Thalidomide com -bination on refractory Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) .Methods :180 out-patients and in-patients with refractory AS during 2014 and 2015 had been chosen as research objective and divided into two groups randomly .The control group was treated with only Thalidomide , while the other one was treated with combination QinXiTong and Thalidomide . After three months treatment ,BSADAI ,BASFI ,4-grade score of whole body pain ,Likert’ 4-grade score of spinal pain ,duration of morning stiffness ,evaluation of patients and doctors ,chest expansion ,the Pillow-wall distance ,the finger-floor distance , Schober test ,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C reactive protein (CRP) had been examined for both groups . Results :Improvements had been observed in all index for both groups after different treatments ,P< 0 .05 ;However ,the results suggestde that the treatment group showed more significant improvements in evaluation of patients and doctors , Likert’ 4-grade score of spinal pain ,BSADAI ,BASFI and the pillow-wall distance ,compared with the control group ,P< 0 .05 .Meanwhile ,ESR and CRP show no statistical differences for both groups .Furthermore ,the clinical observation on the treatment group showed less side effects .Conclusion :Treatment on refractory AS with the combination of QingXiTong and thalido-mide is more effective than only thalidomide therapy .It can significantly control the disease activity and worth clinical application .关键词
