宣痹止痛汤熏洗联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖在膝骨性关节炎关节镜清理术后的效果观察

Abstract
Objective :To investigate effect of Xuanbi zhitong soup fumigation combined with glucosamine sul -fate in knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery .Methods :A total of 80 knee Osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery cases were selected in the general ward row ,and divided into control group 40 cases and treatment group 40 cases by ran-dom number table .The control group were given glucosamine sulfate ,and the treatment group were given Xuan bi zhitong soup fumigation on the basis of control group .the knee flexion ,complications and related index were compared after the intervention treatment 2 course .Results :The incidence of adverse event and complication of treatment group were lower than the control group(P< 0 .05) ;the knee flexion and functional scores after treatment of treatment group were higher than the control group (P< 0 .05) ,the recovery of joint function treatment group were better than the control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Xuanbi zhi-tong soup fumigation combined with glucosamine sulfate can help knee osteoarthritis patients after arthroscopic surgery recovery ,and reduce adverse events and complications and improve prognosis ,worthy of clinical application .关键词
