催乳汤联合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical curative effects of Cuiru decoction combined with points mas -sage in postpartum hypogalactia .Methods :196 patients with postpartum hypogalactia in our hospital were selected into control grouptraditional Chinese group ,point massage group and combined with point massage group ,49 cases in each group .control group oralpoint massage group received breast massage .combined with point massage group received com -bination therapy in and point massage .6days ,complementary lactation volume and were observed .Results :The differ-ences and complementary lactation volume after treatment (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,compared with control group ,the differences of the and complementary lactation volume were significant (P< 0 .05) .grouppoint massage group(P< 0 .05) .The three treatment groups were than th in the control group(P< 0 .05) .The effect combined with point massage group was than group and point massage group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :The effect of massage in treating patients with post partum hypogalactia ,which can effectively improve and reduce complementary lactation volume .关键词
