麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及血浆BNP的影响研究
Effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease in elderly with heart failure patients with vascular endothelial function and plasma brain natriuretic peptide

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with trimetazidine on elderly with coro -nary heart disease complicated with heart failure patients with vascular endothelial function and plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) influence .Methods :84 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,42 cases in each group .In the control group were treated by routine method and the use of trimetazidine treatment ,the observation group patients in the control group based on the in-creased use of Shexiang Baoxin Pill ,treatment for 3 months ,records of patients with the clinical efficacy ,were measured before and after treatment of vascular endothelial function and plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) changes .Results :The effective rate of observation group (92 .86% ) was higher than that in control group (76 .19% ) ( P < 0 .05 ) ;the change of FMD and the peak flow rate was higher than that in control group (P< 0 .05) ;the change of FMD and peak flow rate was higher than that in control group (P< 0 .05) ,and BNP in observation group was lower than that in control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Combined with trimetazidine on elderly coronary heart disease patients with heart failure has better clinical effect ,can improve vascular endothelial function ,decrease the level of BNP ,worthy of clinical rational use .关键词
