Abstract
Objective :To investigate Qingre Liqi Huatan prescription with Levofloxacin in the treatment of the clinical curative effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effect on immune function .Meth-ods :88 cases with COPD were analyzed randomly divided into observation group and control group ,44 cases in each .The control group used levofloxacin and treatment group used Qingre Liqi Huatan prescription with levofloxacin .observed clinical symptoms ,signs of change ,sputum volume ,the viscidity of sputum ,and sputum viscosity of MUC5AC protein content .Results :Two groups were improved after treatment ,the symptoms of the treatment group improved more signif-icantly .Expectorant effect of the two groups were higher than those before treatment and sticky protein content decreased (P< 0 .05) .The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86 .4% ,higher than that of the control group68 .2% . Conclusions :Combined use of Qingre Liqi Huatan prescription with levofloxacin has good clinical efficacy in COPD ,which effectively improve the patient's airway mucus hypersecretion and other clinical symptoms .关键词
