四君子汤加减内服、外洗联合西医乳膏外擦辨治湿热型银屑病的临床研究
Clinical observation on treating Damp-hot type psoriasis with the oral administration and external washing of Sijunzi decoction and the application of western medicine cream
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating damp-hot type psoriasis with the oral ad-ministration and external washing of Sijunzi decoction and the application of western medicine cream .Methods :94 cases with damp-hot type psoriasis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and 47 cases in each group .Patients in the control group were treated with vitamin A acid cream and calcipotriol ointment ;while patients in the treatment group were treated with 4 weeks’ oral administration and external washing of Sijunzi decoction . The research was aim at observing the improvement of main clinical symptom ,evaluating the clinical symptom and the ef-ficiency ;the severity of psoriasis before and after treatment was assessed by PASI ,and the quality of life before and after treatment was estimated .Results :The total effective rate of patients in treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0 .05) ;The pruritus ,erythema ,scale ,drowsiness and weak and other clinical symptoms of pa-tients in treatment group had a better improvement degree than the control group ,and the syndrome integral of patients in treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 . 05) ;The degree of decline of PASI score for the patients in the observation group was more significantly than that in the control group ,the difference was significant (P< 0 .05) ;The quality of life of the patients in treatment group improved more significantly than that in the control group ,the DLQI score decreased more than the control group ,there were sig-nificant differences between the groups (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :The clinical efficacy of treating damp-hot type psoriasis with the oral administration and external washing of Sijunzi decoction and the application of western medicine cream is ef -fective ,it can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients ,reduce the extent of lesions ,improve patients'quality of life , and it is worthy of clinical application .关键词
