摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the status quo of turnover intention of nurses,and analyze the influence of the socio demographic factors on it.Methods:The cluster sampling method,the general situation questionnaire and turnover intention scale were used to investigate a total of 632 nurses in a third grade A hospital in Hefei, Anhui.Results:The average score of turnover intention was(2.63±0.53).Age,professional title,service meth-od,monthly income and position had influence on the(P <0.05)turnover intention of nurses(P <0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of turnover intention of nurses were age,professional ti-tle,position and monthly income in turn.Conclusion:Turnover intention of nurses was at a higher level,and the nurses’socio demographic factors had then influence on it.Nursing managers should take effective measures and management strategy to reduce the turnover intention of nurses,and promote the healthy development of nursing team.
