光照对锦鲤类胡萝卜素含量分布影响的初步研究

摘要
Abstract
This article studied the effects of illumination intensity on carotenoids content of Koi fingerlings .The con‐tents of carotenoids in skin (containing scale) ,muscle and hepatopancreas were studied in C .carpio koi exposed to dif‐ferent illumination environment .The results indicated that the total carotenoid content in Koi was different in different illumination conditions during 0‐30 d .The carotenoid contents in skin ,muscle and hepatopancreas of Koi at different illumination conditions were also determined at this experiment .The results showed that the carotenoid content in skin and muscle decreased faster than liver at dark condition .The carotenoid content in tissue of Koi from high to low was skin > hepatopancreas > muscle .关键词
