摘要
Abstract
This paper brielfy introduces the structure of the integrated video monitoring system for railways and the requirements of video information accessed to the dispatching control system for safety production. It puts forward the way to access the integrated video information system to the dispatching control system through reconstructing the existing video monitoring system, in order to realize the objective of auxiliary management and decision-making through calling on the relevant video information by the dispatching control system.关键词
