摘要

Abstract

As the backbone of urban mass transit, urban rail transit is required to have high efficient transportation organization and carrying capacity. Plenty transportation services shows that train turn-back capacity on a turn-back station is a key inlfuence factor to restrict the line trafifc capacity in urban mass transit, especially in such conditions as the line required to put into service in different phases, turn-back track as a return route, turn-back track as a through route, the turn-back track setting mode will affect greatly trafifc organization and trafifc capacity. The paper takes the turn-back course in a revenue operation line as an example to deifne a detailed turn-back timetable, analyze the turn-back course in advance of/in rear of a station, and to summarize the features of turn-back in advance of/in rear of the station. It also analyzes and discusses a practical turn-back track from operation and management, in order to provide reference for the design and application of turn-back track with different functions.
