Abstract
The section of Xiang-Yu railway line is equipped with ZPW-2000A non-insulated track circuits overlapping JZ1-H axle counters. As a key equipment of ensuring train operation safety, if JZ1-H axle counters have no power due to any failure, the section with the axle counters will occur red light strip to endanger train operation safety. The paper introduces the methods of improving UPS power supply mode to solve the problem of axle counters without power caused by UPS failure or manual discharge failure, in order to ensure train operation safety.关键词
