早产儿脑损伤诊断中T1WI-T2WI与弥散加权成像的应用及其相关危险因素分析
Application of T1WI-T2WI and diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of brain injury in preterm infants and analysis of related risk factors

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of T1WI-T2WI and diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of brain injury in preterm infants.Methods:The clinical data of T1WI-T2WI and diffusion weighted imaging of brain injury in preterm infants of our hospital were reviewed retrospectively.The results were analyzed by single factor analysis.Logistic regression analysis was carried out on the factors which were statistically significant.Results:Alltogether 422 cases of premature infants were admitted,among them,213 cases suffered from brain injury.There were 98 cases of ischemic brain injury(including non bleeding injury with 33 cases of focal abnormal signals,49 cases of abnormal signal,16 patients with PVL),91 cases of hemorrhagic brain injury,24 cases of ischemic brain injury accompanied by hemorrhagic brain injury.Urgent production,twin pregnancy,circulatory disorder,hypocalcemia were the independent risk factors of brain injury in preterm infants.Multivariate Logistic regression revealed that vaginal delivery,maternal infection,hyponatremia were the independent risk factors of brain injury in preterm infants,and prenatal use of magnesium sulfate was the protective factor.Conclusion:Risk factors of brain injury in preterm infants include maternal infection,diabetes,birth process and living environment.The perinatal period should avoid these factors and reduce the complications of the nervous system.关键词
