A Fifth-order Compact CWENO Central-upwind Scheme for One-dimensional Ideal MHD Equations

Abstract
The fifth⁃order compact CWENO reconstruction scheme and semi⁃discrete central⁃upwind scheme for the hyperbolic conservation laws were combined to produce a fifth⁃order compact CWENO central⁃upwind scheme to solve the one⁃dimensional ideal MHD equations. Numerical experiments illustrated that the fifth⁃order compact CWENO cen⁃tral⁃upwind scheme has the properties of high resolution and stability for one⁃dimensional idea MHD equations.关键词
