The Subject Connotation and Right Lists of Party Members under the New Normality
摘要
Abstract
Comprehensive strict party management is the new normality of party construction .Inner-party democracy should be based on the subject position and realized in the role of party members from the source .The subject position of party members is the unity of"right subject"and "power subject", including the right to learn the truth , to vote, to participate and to supervise .It is connected with the management of inner-party democracy , election, decision-making and supervision .From the theoretical viewpoint , the subject position contains "four subjects"and"four rights".From the practical viewpoint , the subject of party members should be directed and implemented by "four subjects"and"four rights".关键词
