Inspiration and Re-recognition of New China's Early Planned Purchase and Supply Policy
摘要
Abstract
The direct causes of the Planned Purchase and Supply Policy in the early years of PRC are to alleviate food shortages and keep the regime stability,along with the purposes to put the agricultural sur-plus to the industrial serves and exports.However,above all of these factors,the most fundamental rea-son is the development logic and requirements to build a socialist system with adapted planned economy. Therefore,it plays an important role not only in the stabilization and consolidation of the regime at that time,but also in the establishment of the national industrialization and the planned economic system.It al-so has certain value and significance to the current development of China's modernization in rural areas.关键词
