Postprandial aerobic exercise influence on glucose, lipid metabolism and insulin resistance and leptin on early treat-ment of obesity patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To analyze the postprandial aerobic exercise on glucose , lipid metabolism, insulin resistance and leptin on obesity patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Ninty-six patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , 48 patients in each group.The patients of the control group are only given conventional hypoglycemic agents , and the patients of the observation group were given simultaneously postprandial hypoglyce -mic agents aerobic exercise.Lipid metabolism, insulin resistance and leptin changes related indicators of two groups of pa -tients before and after treatment are compared .Results After treatment, FPG,2hPG, HbAlc were significantly lower thanthose of the control group [ (6.11 ±1.20) mmol /L vs.(7.31 ±1.46) mmol/L, (8.09 ±1.36) mmol /L vs.(9.42 ±1.34) mmol/L,(6.23 ±1.13)% vs.(7.13 ±1.35)%], and the difference was statistically significant ( t =4.40, t =4.83, t =3.54, P <0.05).After treatment, TG, TC, LDL-C were significantly lower than the control group , and the difference were statistically significant[(2.69 ±0.68)mmol /L vs.(3.02 ±0.58)mmol/L,(4.98 ±0.81)mmol /L vs.(6.01 ±0.72)mmol /L,(3.32 ±1.02)mmol /L vs.(3.87 ±0.98)mmol /L],there were significant difference ( t =2.56, t =6.58, t =2.69, P <0.05); HDL-C was higher than control group[(1.09 ±0.21)mmol /L vs.(0.96 ±0.23)mmol /L, t =2.69, P <0.05], after treatment, insulin resistance index and leptin of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group[(3.01 ±1.19) vs.(4.03 ±1.32),(5.43 ±2.64) μg/L vs.(7.09 ±2.21) μg/L], and the difference were sta-tistically significant ( t =3.98, t =3.34, P <0.05).Conclusion In the early treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabe-tes at the same time combined with aerobic exercise effect is better , can significantly improve the ability of glucose and lipid metabolism, reduce the level of insulin resistance and leptin , safe and reliable.关键词
