Abstract
MC nylon composite material was modified by glass fiber.The effects of glass fiber content and length on the mechanical properties of MC nylon composite material were studied.The results showed that:50% glass fiber contained MC nylon compared with 40% glass fiber contained MC nylon,impact strength,tensile strength,flexural strength were increased by 29.63%,5.43%,6.47% respectively;ten-sile strength,flexural strength and impact strength of MC Nylon composites increased with the growth of the glass fiber length,the longer the length of the glass fiber,the better the mechanical properties of MC nylon composite materials;Positive correlation between flexural strength and weight average length of M C nylon composite materials was found,and flexural strengthincreased with the weight average glass fiber length .关键词
